Access Permits
Access permits require site plan and driveway engineering.
Site plan will show driveway, grades, road, sight distance and drainage required by codes and regulations.
Large equipment, such as this Cat D8 dozer are necessary to build the properly graded driveway, including the side slopes.
Expect tree removal, as not only the house requires fire mitigation, but so does the driveway.
