Grading and excavation plans are used to calculate soil disturbance and volumes, plan drainage, & erosion control.
Grading plans considers drainage and erosion control for the site
A grading plan should indicate the slope and characteristics of the property which the contractor, engineers and equipment operators build to. The plan should be such that the property can be staked in a manner that communicates the earthwork that occur.
